CCR is the parent company within Castaway Group, which includes subsidiaries Hawaii Electrical Solutions LLC, Cooling Hawaii LLC, Island Tile & Stone LLC, and Island Commercial Doors & Windows.
We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers in planning, developing, coordinating, and managing on-site construction engineering activities for our projects and to perform daily office administrative duties for the Castaway Group as needed.
Essential Duties Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including working with Subcontractors, owners, engineers, architects and vendors.
Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer in completing project deliverables & reports in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer in maintaining client relationships and pursuing future business.
Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer as the contractor's liaison to the Owner, Architect, Engineer, Vendors, General Contractor and consultants.
Assist Project Manager in negotiating subcontracts, draft, compile and track subcontract agreements.
Develop reports, cost analyses, and other project-related office duties.
Maintain and update project schedules per Project Manager's direction, including 4-week look-ahead schedule to manage project labor resources.
Assist Project Manager with compiling monthly Pay Applications and Submittals to clients.
Administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents.
Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports, punch lists describing work items to be done, sketches of work already completed, material requirement calculations, etc.

Assist with review and approval of weekly field time workforce time keeping.
Assist with reconciliation of payroll hours reporting, position classification, and pay reported on certified payroll reports.
Input necessary project data into Viewpoint software and HR Symphony efficiently and accurately.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Assist with managing superintendents, foremen, and field labor.
Education This position requires 3 years of previous experience.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
