Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
1.
Greeting customers warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
2.
Answering phone calls, emails, or online inquiries and providing accurate information about automotive services offered and appointment availability.
3.
Scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, or inspections, and ensuring efficient use of service department resources.
4.
Collecting and recording relevant customer information, including vehicle details, service history, and contact details.
5.
Collaborating with other departments, such as parts and sales, to coordinate services, and provide seamless customer experiences.
6.
Following up with customers after services have been rendered to ensure a positive experience has been met as well as their vehicle concerns have been addressed.
