Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
Track and keep a record of all personnel in electronic databases, including but not limited to hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, training, insurance, and terminations.
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Assists with new hire orientation.
Coordinate and assist with on-boarding of new employees.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other related software.
