The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for operating a profitable service department by ensuring maximum production, customer satisfaction and retention.

Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
Ensure departmental compliance with all company and factory policies.
Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
