We are hiringAirline Customer Service RepresentativeNew hirestartat $20/hr.
New hire with min 1 yr qualified experience or existing/returning staff with a min 1 yr servicestartat $21/hr.
Includes:
Retention Bonus paid at the end of the perk season$3,000 Job DutiesPerform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high quality productDaily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airportConstant passenger & crew interactionOperate jet bridgeResolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departureSome cash handling transactions, manifests, and labelingSkillsCommon sense and organizedMental capacity to make quick and rational decisionsEffective communication skills and good listening skillsAble to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environmentBilingual speakers needed.
